• Deal must be redeemed in a single order, for collection or delivery, and cannot be spread across different days or times.

• We accept most major debit and credit cards. However, some card types may incur additional charges, which will be communicated during payment. We do not accept cheques.
• All payments must be made at the time of order confirmation or delivery/collection. Non-payment or fraudulent activities may result in order cancellation or refusal of service.

• If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must contact the store immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the food has been prepared or dispatched.
• ThePizzaGuys reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service without prior notice.

• Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergens when placing their order, especially if ordered over the phone, as online notes may be missed.
• While we make every effort to accommodate specific dietary needs, ThePizzaGuys cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from airborne nut particles or other allergens.

• All PizzaGuys stores are Halal, therefore Halal Substituted product/meats are used

• ThePizzaGuys is not liable for any discrepancies in the services provided by third-party vendors, including incorrect orders or delivery issues.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. ThePizzaGuys cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
